Precision IT Management Text Messaging Terms

1. Program
Program name: Precision IT Management account texts. These texts are sent by Precision IT Management, LLC ("PIM," "we," "us") to our own customers and prospects.
2. What we send
- Proposals, and links to review and sign them;
- Invoices and receipts;
- Service and account notices; and
- Replies to questions you sent us.
We do not send marketing texts in this program.
3. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the "Text me" box on our contact form at precisionitm.com/contact/ (the box is unchecked unless you check it), or by telling us directly that you agree to receive texts. We record the date and method of your consent.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
4. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies (usually a few messages per month). Message and data rates may apply.
5. Opting out and help
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts.

6. Carriers
Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy, including Section 5 ("Text messages (SMS)"), explains how we handle your information. We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
