Our approach

We build it inside one company before we sell it to the trade

This is the whole method, and it is the reason our software fits work that other software gets wrong.

1. Find the problem where the work happens

Not from a feature request or a competitor's website. From sitting with an operation and finding the hours somebody loses every week — the paper tickets, the whiteboard, the Friday night spent doing payroll math by hand.

That is the kind of problem worth building software for: the owner can feel the difference in the first week.

2. Build it inside a real company

Every product starts with one anchor company that runs it for real — real jobs, real payroll, real invoices going to real customers who will complain if a number is wrong. Not a pilot in a sandbox with test data.

That is a slower way to build software and a much harder one. It is also the only way to find the things that never make it into a requirements document — the steps that do not survive a real day in the field.

What this means for you: when a product reaches you, the embarrassing problems have already been found by somebody else — usually the hard way, on somebody else's Friday.

3. White-label it to your shop

Once it holds up, the same portal is configured for the next company in that trade. Your logo, your colors, your domain, your rates, your job types — on the office portal, the crew app, and the invoices your customers receive.

Configuration, not custom code. Anything that differs between two companies in the same trade lives in your settings, where you can change it. That is what keeps the monthly price low and the turnaround fast: you are not paying for a bespoke build, and you are not waiting on a developer to change a rate.

4. Keep answering the phone

You talk to the person who built it. There is no ticket queue and no tier-one script. If something is broken, it gets fixed; if your shop needs something the product does not do yet, that is a conversation, not a change order.

What is always included

  • One flat monthly bill. No per-seat pricing — put the whole crew on it.
  • No long-term contract. Month to month. If it stops earning its keep, leave.
  • Your marketing website. Included in the monthly, on your own domain if you want one.
  • Your data is yours. Ask for an export and you get one.
  • Setup done for you. We load your rates, crew, and equipment — you do not get handed an empty database.

What we are not

We are not a horizontal platform with a trade-specific skin on it. We build a small number of products properly for a small number of trades, and we say no when a trade is already well served by something that works.

If you ask us about a trade we would not build for, we will tell you that and point you somewhere else.

Your trade

Is your trade the next one?

The products that exist came from somebody describing their week out loud. If yours is not on the list, that conversation is how it would start.
